You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. We accept returns only for unopened balms with the original seal intact. Opened jars and jars with a broken seal are not eligible for return.
To request a return, email hello@grassfedtallow.co with your order number. Grass Fed Tallow Co. provides a prepaid return label for eligible returns. Please contact us before sending an item back.
After we receive your return and confirm that it meets these conditions, we will refund the eligible returned items to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@grassfedtallow.co so we can review the issue.
We accept returns for refunds only. We do not offer exchanges.
